I played both mutliple times and I think IV is just extremely annoying. Every 30 seconds somebody calls and wants to go bowling, every mission is the same, it's always just about killing some dudes. every part of the city looks the same, it's basically just tall buildings everywhere.
V was much better in my oppinion, in every aspect. But ok
