Raw meat and dairy is pretty much all I eat and now I prefer it to "regular food".

Just got food poisoning for the first time 7 months in. Funnily enough, it wasn't even food that got me. It was water. I didn't wanna spend money on water so I thought I'd experiment and drink water straight from a river near me. Supposedly an extremely clean river. There were even people swimming downstream some 20m behind me, so I was basically drinking human infested water. The thought of it doesn't bother me, but it did bother my stomach, as I had crazy diarrhea for 2 days. Don't have it now but my stomach is still upset and I pretty much just drank raw milk this morning and don't feel the urge to eat anything else.

I haven't given up on river water though. One day I will travel to the spring of the exact same river and try water from there again.

i have food poisoning 24/7 because i gave up on my health now and eat goyslop... ill get back soon enough ig

RAW meat :feelsohgod: ..don't they have worms and shit

I've been interested in a raw carnivore diet for ages, organs from ruminant, grass-fed mammals contain all the nutrients a human needs for survival after all.
Though I'm unsure a to where I should source the meat from, people say that you should buy them fresh directly from a local farm but that's not the most convenient for me at all.

Would a local butcher's shop suffice?

it depends, ask them about what the animals consume

If the animal is kept in very clean conditions, has a healthy diet, is clean and was freshly killed then it's generally safe to consume. That's how carpaccio, tartare, sushi and sashimi are all safe to eat and also how wild animals including our earliest homo sapien ancestors survived eating raw meat

For me it does, grass fed is preferable. Keep in mind food locality > all. Make sure the food you eat gets the same sunlight you do. Also don't spam the organs like goatis. Do eat more organs than necessary at first, as you are probably deficient in some micronutrients. But after a while you could switch to mostly muscle meat and do like one organ a week. Make sure to eat nose to tail like our ancestors would, mix it up a little. After eating red meat for a while switch to white meat if you want as to not get an iron overload.

Will do. Have you tried the raw meat diet?
yeah beef liver, heart, marrow, muscle and heart so far ive been eating it for bit over a year now

Just eat organs and throw meat away theory

Nah, man. It's no problem. Been eating like this for some years now.

Health has improved. Allergies are almost gone.

Thank you so much for the advice, mate. I initially became interested the raw meat diet from goatis' yt videos, it's interesting how you're saying to limit my organ consumption after a while because this seems contrary to most advice I've previously had, is this because of the risk of hypervitaminosis? I've not heard of anyone develop that from cow organs.

With regards to the optimal animals to eat, you mentioned white meat? So I'm assuming poultry and fish right? what animals should I eat and what should my ratio of red meat to white meat be? I don't really have an iron rich diet right now so the risk of iron overload is slim (I'm slightly deficient, I believe).

Sorry if this is too many questions.

This congregation of rawmeatcels is beautiful to behold.

Well I'm no expert of course and I don't have science to back it up. It is mostly iron people overload on, not vitamins, like Frank Tufano for an example. Yes organs have a massive concentrations of every micronutrient. When watching a doc about the Maasai for an example, all the organs go to the pregnant women, developing children, the brain goes to the elders as they need fat for energy, and the hunters/warriors get muscle meat. Question is, if they had access to unlimited organs, like we do with butcher shops, would they all eat them, or would they still ration it the same way? To be safe I eat proportional to the animal, so like 70% muscle meat, 30% organs. I don't really even think about it anymore, I eat whatever comes to mind. Only thing I'm gonna spam is bone marrow for collagen. Eating raw fish is tricky, fish are polluted pretty much across the board. I've done it with no issues, but just saying be weary. You should be fine with just red meat, took Frank Tufano 5 years to get iron overload. I like to go off of instinct and bro-science so sorry about the non-scientific response. Maybe the other raw meat eaters can chime in @lnceI @TooSomething

Man, I honestly hate the taste of muscle meat. At least organs have a distinct taste.
Brain is nice. It pretty much tastes like egg yolk, but on steroids. LoL

I don't even know what iron overload feels like. I guess I don't have it yet.

I don't tryhard dieting. I eat the same foods almost every day aas I couldn't be bothered to try as much.

It's not like this would help me to ascend, so why even care too much about it?

GRape would be my only realistic chance to procreate... .
