It’s been a while.
I needed to have surgery, then needed 6 weeks to heal.
But finally I can exercise again.
This week, I just did short jogs to make sure I’d be okay.
I felt fine.
On June 1st, I am going to buy a pair of Brooks Ghost 15 shoes and push myself a little further each week.
No, I am not getting paid by Brooks. But I just love the Ghost series of shoes.
The last couple months I just bought super cheap shoes because I wasn’t running anyway.
