Well, here it is boyos. After years of trying, and coping with "maybe I still have a slim chance", or "The right one might be out there"; I've finally decided to throw in the towel and concede defeat. I'm just not the type of guy that women like in any way. Not in looks, not in LTR beta relationship material.... nothing.

Even if I got a woman (by divine intervention), I'd barely be able to enjoy sex because of persisting health issues of the last 3 years.

Exactly. Even if you're not trucel tier, you still get left with the dregs. And I'm not even saying just in her looks, but mostly attitude and garbage personality. You need to find and settle in with a somewhat congenial foid by the time you're 25, maybe 27 if you still look young and can get a chick that's a few years younger, but if you can't make that happen... It's over. You're fighting a losing battle for a very scarce resource.
