Fallout 4 was my first back in 2015 and its mechanics were great but its story choices were too linear. I tried giving new vegas a try but i still think 3 is my favourite

fallout 3 for sentimental reasons, fallout of nevada because I prefer classic fallouts

fallout new vegas imo, its fun, specially the dlcs

3, fuck new Vegas, it's a shitty woke soy game

Based 3 is my favourite too
I only ever played 3 and new Vegas, but I heard some people didn't like 4 too much and 76 was a massive disaster

Yeah 4 had pretty shitty RPG aspects but the base building settlement shit wasn't too bad

FNV. Great story, writing, weapon customization, etc…

Fallout 3 is a lot of fun if you decide to become a slaver :feelsdevil:. I was shocked at how evil Bethesda lets you be at points

i only played fl4 but from what ive seen nv feels funnier to play

Fallout 2 Because of the soundtrack, art design and the amount of dialogue.

Fallout 1 is my favorite.
It's the easiest classic fallout to do quick role playing characters. I like to come up with an interesting back story, play the first couple missions, and make my own story. Most of my characters don't make it very far and I quit after I die so that kind of ups the investment. I think fallout 1 in particular is best suited for this play style because of the amount of player choice and autonomy I have for fucking around and character building. The setting is also top notch, nothing else really feels quite as rugged and desperate as the settlements in fallout 1, except for maybe underrail. To compare the other fallout, I feel like fallout 2 is more of a commitment, and I basically just feel like a super saiyan god hero with no personality by the end of it. I do like the fallout 2 modding scene, however, and I really recommend playing through fallout nevada and resurrection.
Fnv is cool too, I have almost 800 hours from developing mods and playing it a bunch during my -0.22 gpa school days

The first one I've played, fo tactics

I never played any of the fallout games Unfortunetly

2 tbh

I cannot stand any of the 3d fallouts

Tactics is flawed but very underrated

3, mainly because of the massive world. I haven't played the old isometric Fallouts.

Fnv because it was the first one I played and I like it's RPG elements and weapons. I'll be playing that and F4 again once I get my PC build up and running next year and use mods

Troons ruined new vegas :feelsrope:

I prefer the second one, though the first game has its advantages in terms of general atmosphere

My first one was fallout 4, I did not know the entire "iron man" power armor system wasn't in new vegas when i played it, I actually haven't finished new vegas yet but I enjoyed fallout 4 more cause i cant empathize with storylines
