Getting in shape takes years

Any worthwhile skill or trait takes ages to develop. Almost as if you have to be patient and give yourself a chance or you’ll burn out within 3 months.

If you care about other people’s opinions IDK how you can even work on yourself without burning out.

I don’t get how people ‘self-improve’ in order to get others to like them. Do you just endure years of sucking at something and getting laughed hoping it will pay off

Honestly I was fat and weak for years. Couldn't even do a pushup. Then I started slow, lifting 20 pound weights, doing 15 mintue workouts, and was able to do push-ups eventually. 5 then 10. And after a few years of this (its only like 15-40 minutes a day so I dont get burnt out) I can now do like 6 or 7 pull-ups, a d like 60 or 70 push-ups. Im still a fat ass, but im stronger now. And im constantly doing pushups. You just have to get to the point where you enjoy your strength and feel shitty when you dont workout

If we had chad bones then self improvement would be easy, there will be more of a reward and more of a reason to do it and considering if we were chad we’d have an abundance of not just sex but HIGH QUALITY SEX everyday so the constant pleasure of it kills the actual pain of improving or working on what ever you’re trying to improve.
