Do you think that, from the psychological perspective of an escort, paying for her consent is equivalent of rape ?
I mean yes she consent, but if she consent because she needs money, it creates a determination which in some way, hacks her free will. And if the intercourse she has is consented but not desired, can the act be considered as rape ?
