Let's say both parties mutually agreed and consented to sexual intercourse prior and during it. However, the next day, the man said to the woman, "I'm sorry about last night. It was a mistake."
The woman then felt betrayed and used. If she knew that man didn't have pure/sincere intent to have a meaningful relationship, she wouldn't have consented to the sexual act.
If you consent under false assumptions about someone's intentions, what does that mean legally and ethically?
Is this rape or just a regret/mistake? Can you charge that man for rape?
Yes sweaty it was rape
