Now you know how I live.

I should put in there every so often come to this forum as I do that on certain moments when I wake up or before sleep when I'm not ready to play a video game yet.

10 push-ups, spine horizontal and straight, and tummy to the floor. Fast up, slow down no "humping".

I do them in sets of 10.

30 reps yesterday total.

40 reps total today

mogs me at working out

You're better off trying to run right now since this gay little flu targets your lungs more than anything.

I have medical issues with podiatry (foot shape and size and not getting shoes that fit). The only cardio I can do is exercise bike or "cross trainer" (pictured below). I can't even use a running machine.

Real life push-cycle bikes are death-traps and don't burn as many calories as an exercise bike.

Maybe I should break into a commercial gym (they're all closed) and steal some cardio equipment for home gym?

When I left high school I couldn't even do a single press up.

When I did martial arts it was part of my grading so I had to do it.

Not to discourage you but weren't pushups nearly useless in terms of strength training? Like iirc they only helped to maintain your physique but not to gain actual strength like bench press does.
At least this is how it turned out for me

Yes and no.

They'll help you build strength to a degree if you do them in sets, but your muscles get used to them. That said the average person probably can't do 100 push-ups.

There is a newer more popular form of exercise called "calisthenics", which again is Chad and Stacy central before you think about joining, but the dscipline is ideal for the limitations homeworkouts to keep trim.
Don't have the space or sturdy floor for a homegym, yet.

I see, in the past I used to do them more often but they didn't help me to get stronger or mog my other classmates.
About the exercises you mentioned they seem very hardcore and complicated for the average gymcel tbh, but I guess they get easier as you keep training.
Sad bcuz they seem to require metal bars but I don't have any near my house.

I tried them but I'm too lazy for exercise

Calisthenics is good tbh
