What matters most second to looks is one's social status (LMS Theory): if you can't compensate for your looks with social status you will end up incel. This is likely why you see many young deathnics, autistcels, and NEETs/low wage wagecucks being overrepresented here in my opinion as these lower your social status tremendously, making it hard to compensate for said looks.

Status matters a lot, thing is is no easy thing to have status. Good looks are a symbol of status already, so if you don't have looks you need to think where you can gather your status. Being good at something your group does a lot? or just being better in general than your social group? being famous? and so on and so on

As long as your chad, you could be a bum and get a girl. This is why thugmaxx works. However, with being a chad, social status will come wherever you go. if you had a decent house all to yourself as a young guy, that would be an advantage and you could throw parties for the people at school or in the neighborhood, having your own place all to yourself as an older guy is nearly useless and mostly wastes money
