Definitely not, at least historically that doesn’t seem to be the case at all. You highlight a few examples but draw correlations that perhaps don’t seem to make much sense. It’s notable to note firstly it’s probably more a religious issue. In China and east Asia much of sex was linked to ritual and cleanse (pretty sure Chinese thought performing oral sex on women made them age slower), whereas afghans are historically abrahamic and thus, like westerners were, more resistant to promiscuity. This reasoning can applied to new promiscuity in the west, which is way more present among disbelieving women than believing (religious) women.
