Why wouldn't it work? Some countries have death penalty for men but not for women.
For foids that committed serious crimes the punishment should be rape by people in need.
1) makes legal system more fair
2) foids would less likely commit serious crimes or would more willingly cooperate because for them rape is worse than death(only applies to rape by nonchads)
3) helps with demographic crysis (if we allow pregnancy)
4) Free sex for desperate people
