Does anyone here like Hoi3?

I have it, but I haven't gotten around to really learning the game yet. I'm a Hoi4 veteran myself, but I've come to realize how dumbed down and simple Hoi4 really is, and from what I've read, Hoi3 is the better, more challenging strategy game and a better representation of WW2. Does anyone have an opinion on Hoi3 and how it compares to Hoi4, and tips on how to get good at it?

It was too autistic even for me, someone who's quite used to Paradox games. Darkest Hour is the best compromise between HOI3's complexity and HOI4's accessibility.

I like it but it's unsatisfying despite its complexity and the subsequent pay off if you win.
