Does anyone forget their personality?

I've always had a very hateful and weird personality so throughout the years I've learned to make up fake personalities and I've made friends that way but I keep forgetting my personalities now and losing friends. Does anyone else experience this and any advice?

I can't pretend to be a normie or anything, normies can easily catch onto it, and sense my awkwardness.
