Does anyone elses scrotum shrivel up or hang loose depending on weather?

I always check if my nuts are warm and good down there so they dont freeze, But it shrivels up and sometimes it goes into this hard ball of a coconut

its just genetics so u cant really do much about it. mine are kinda low hanging too so in the summer they hang even lower, nothing crazy tho.
in the winter tho my shit shrinks due the lower temperature.
