the reason I’m asking this is because yesterday. While sleeping in my hootch. I was constantly waking up in the middle of the night. I also recall struggling to breathe and sweating.

Firewatch (military term for sentry duty.) woke me up telling me I’ve been screaming in my sleep.

I’ve always had issues with sleeping, even before military service. But I think I’m slowly getting worse. Does anyone else struggle with sleep?

Has the military had a negative effect on you? Maybe the stress is affecting your sleep brocel?

My dreams can be a mixed bag. When they're good they're great, but when they're bad they're horrible.

It goes between the two extremes mostly because that's the way I do things.

I usually don't dream tbh. I feel like the only time I dream is when I'm taking a nap in the middle of the day

I don’t know. I always had issues with sleeping. :feelsbadman:

People are mad at me for screaming in my sleep but I can’t help it.

Maybe I should get actual help for it. I don’t think it’s normal. That’s why I’m checking with you lot.

I Don't really dream, I do know some people who can and fewer who have constant nightmares

Nightmares most nights.

:feelsbadman: sorry fren

Maybe it would be good to look into it

I had a dream where a nigger chimped out

Terrifying shit

Fellow nightmarecel. :feelsautistic:

In all seriousness. Nightmares have the fearsome reputation that they do for a reason… it’s so bad I rather not even mention some of the nightmares I had just based on how disturbing it is.

Not sure if it’s a reflection of one’s mental state or a sign of a bigger problem. Dreams as a whole are a strange phenomenon.

It's rare for me to have any dream or nightmare. I want to experience sleep paralysis.

I’ve been having a reoccurring dream for months where I violently rear end a car. I keep and trying to press the brakes but they just don’t work. I get this insane whiplash in the dream that wakes me up.

Strange isn’t it? You feel the dream. And that’s what bothers me. It doesn’t feel like I just dreamed it. It felt genuine. Like I actually got hurt. And for some reason woke up in bed.

in high school I dreamed nightmares.

Yeah I wake up one or more times during every sleep and it’s hard to fall back asleep. Sometimes I can’t fall asleep again and only get like 3-5 hours

I hate dreaming

I love dreams more than reality!

I can fly! And do other cool stuff.

I haven’t had any major problems with nightmares since childhood. My dreams happen off and on. For a couple months I can fully remember all the details from the dream when I wake up, and then for the next couple months I never dream once, then the cycle continues. It’s weird

I have some ptsd induced nightmares sometimes from stuff that happened when i was young. It only messes with me for that day though, it does fuck me up a bit

I either have very surreal dreams or nightmares. The former are neither pleasant nor necessarily unpleasant.

I don’t have nightmares often but when I do they’re so bizarre and unusually terrifying

I rarely have nightmares

I have a sensitive stomach and I find if I eat food that upsets it or don't take anything to calm it before bed I can get bad dreams >.<

Yes, I have bad dreams. Not nightmares, per se, usually. Just weird dreams where I feel isolated and alone. And they make sleeping unpleasant and seeming to last forever. But I don't have them if I leave the TV on with some Youtube crap playing. It distracts my mind and unconscious. But I ALWAYS dream if it's not on, or if it turns itself off in the middle of the night.

Are you actually a US marine? No fucking way a marine wouldn’t have the balls to approach a foid.

Are you allowed to rape in a war?

i only occasionally dream, so I could say I have a lack of dreams

it's very uncomfortable, when i do dream i feel empty afterwards, my dreams taunt me

My dreams constantly taunt me, they make me so fucking angry and I wake up angry as fuck - it takes me a good few hours to mentally get right otherwise if I leave the house I'll go looking for a fight for any cunt that looks at me wrong. If it's nightmares they're psycho shit that is either intense and stressful or just simply fucked up in an entertaining way. (I have severe mental issues).

I used to get constant nightmares when I was younger, now I get pretty frequent dreams. They’re usually random, doing something fun, or with my literal imaginary girlfriend.

My life is even worse than my nightmares

i had a dream a few days ago, i fucked a 19 yo tight foid and remembered it after waking up. unfortunately dreams like that are rare
