It's Over Does anyone else almost only has weird dreams or nightmares ?

I almost never have good dreams and i didnt sleep well since years because of a medical condition and also i almost only have very weird dreams or straight up nightmares.

Today I dreamed that we celebrated something and my foids cousins friend was also invited. She showed me that she also played 7 Days to Die (a survival game) like me, meanwhile i was hiding in my room and browsing .is. I woke up depressed and have been in a bad mood since because her friend used to be so hot and cute when i was younger and i know that i can never have someone like her

I always have disturbing or weird dreams that ruin my mood. I remember I had a dream I was at a house party and a girl liked me but before we kissed or had sex or anything I woke up feeling sad and lonely.

After BP I had multiple dreams about being lonely forever. The most recent one, I was in a room with my colleagues, they would talk between them and later get up and I would stay single inside the room guessing what was going on.
I woke up depressed, since that's pretty much reflection of my real life.
