But srsly I've always been on edge around other people and it really made me mellow out and be more relaxed around people. The trips can be extremely intense but you really learn that some shit is just not worth stressing over.

Same here, my thoughts go faster than I can comprehend so I would jump from one point to the next. Usually I have to go back to the beginning and reiterate everything again so it makes sense.
