Once I was drunk and ordered two pizzas from this small cheap place that works after midnight. My delivery was on time and curry driver was very professional, so I handed him 15 euros. He was uncomfortable so I repeated him to just keep the money.

no

fuck no i dont tip why would i give people extra money for doing the bare minimum on their job

im broke as shit so i tip like 1€

I don't tip but the most I tipped was 2$

I tipped 10$

I barely tip anything

i once tiped my bartender $100, I think that's the highest for a one time tip

I usually tip 5-20$ depending on the service, weather and distance. Anything under 5$ is a cheap stiff during high inflation.

That's gemerous.

i live in eurpose and im so glad i dont have to tip food is already expensive as is

We don't do this here

-4€ (i left without paying)

I tip only when they deserve this.
So far they didn't.

I tip only truecels.

I tip sometimes, some delivery drivers get really angry at me if I don't tip it's exhausting.

If they are not polite and on time why do they expect tips?
Idk I guess it's because they don't make much outside of tips. We have a mandatory tipping culture here, it shouldn't be expected but it is.

They don't make much here as well. However their share is already included bit I always tip at least a few euros.

Why would I pay somebody to do their job anyway?
To ensure a good service because they will deliver to those who tip. I know it's complicated depending where you live but I'm still curious.

In Germany it's mostly those aged 40+ who tip, around 5-10%. My parents do it. I very rarely go anywhere I would need to tip, except the barber around 4 Euros. Delivery drivers 2-3 Euros. I think, I'd be happy to get a tip. But both of these are very rare, and I never go to restaurants.

They should be ensuring a good service regardless, it's their fucking job that they are being paid to do :feelskek:

Well delivery drivers are considered a freelance service so they only get paid a very small base fee and make most of their money on tips.

That sucks. I am planning to travel to the USA. If I visit a restaurant They will recognize my foreign accent. It's better to tell them that I will tip accordingly, but what if they decide to provide a lousy service?

$8 was the most I ever tipped a person, and it was more like a one time thing
tips in shitholes are like fiddy cents to a dollar, so my tip was generous

I tip about 15-25%. I’m a generous person I guess?

My biggest one time tip was about $300 to my escort.

That's not bad, do they expect you to tip a certain amount, even after multiple orders?

No tips to foids

no, we don't have tips enforced and people rarely tip, no policy or moralshaming for not tipping
but delivery workers, they'll still find a way to scam a tip out of you like not returning change or something, which is why you should pay with card imo
the time I tipped $8, it was the same story, taxi driver with the usual "I don't have change on me" and I forgot to exchange that day and was in some deep shit hurry so I couldn't care about seeking a nearby shop for his bullshit.
So I wasn't happy with that tip at all.

Imagine being a delivery worker/taxi driver and you don't have change
nigga. you're out in the street all the time, why do you have to lie? just ask for a tip or don't accept the ride if you think its a low fee.

Usually no other than Ubers and delivery and then it's based off of what they'd of used in gas and a tiny bit extra. But once when I was in Canada I left 10 cents worth of Canadian Tire money at a restaurant which is basically a coupon for never been to Canada cels just to fuck with the server since it's a fat foid and I knew I'd never return anyway.

I took a long ride today and it only cost me 19 euros so I gave 50 and tipped 2. 40.

I've never tipped.
