Transmaxxers are sexually non-dimorphic incels who become trannies (switch their "genders" from male to female) and subsequently identify as lesbians, so they can have a chance at ascending with a woman. They are "bending with the wind" of homosexual culture in that they never actually intend to take a dick, just exploit a loophole in gender nonconformity dynamics so they can fuck a woman.
Radfems are "radical feminists" who have sniffed out this ascension method, and seek to preserve the biologically essentialist nature of femininity against the accretions of trannies (but only to a point, of course, given that feminism is all about encouraging women to become ersatz men, crossdress as men, work the same jobs as men, etc.).
I think which one you are inclined to support has to do with whether you're an autistcel (the autistic quality of trannies elicits consanguineous solidarity in you), or you have "trad" tendencies (the biological essentialism of radfems is similar to your own biological essentialism, and you feel like you can bond with mi'lady over shared understandings of biological differentiation and maybe even turn her trad too).
