Unless you are in a wheelchair or something, getting fit, dressing well, and taking care of your hygene , will always make people see you better. Maybe you wont impress dirty foids, but strangers wont look at you with as much disgust and you will have enough confidence to talk to people and maybe make friends. I know its hard, because its a lot of work and if you have very bad base features its gonna bea very small reward, but its not the improvement, its simply that people will see that you are disciplined and tidy, so at least other men might respect you or even see you as trustworhy for these are deisrable qualities. Me personally i havent been in a decent shape since in 18, and i do feel a difference at least in thw way i wasnt as ashamed walking outside. That said, if you are rich enough and young enough you can hardmaxx to oblivion.
