i personally have a skincare routine that takes about 5 mins, comb my hair and use gel (and minoxidil now fml), floss after meals and gymcel. i know it wont get a hole to love me but i at least feel less appalled by my own appearance.

I try to eat healthful food, get exercise, and be hygienic.
 
I only hit the gym once per week nowadays so my muscles don't deteriorate. I've given up on looksmaxxing
 
I exercise, eat healthy, have good hygiene and wear expensive clothes. If I'm going to get mogged anyway might as well take care of myself for the sake of preservation

It never showed any results so I gave up. Only my family and male friends ever noticed, JFL. These days I'm too lazy to even eat sometimes, so I haven't put on any weight.

I'm on the canivore diet which restricts my calories for slimming down, I do exercise as much as I can (not a huge amount) and I will have my teeth whitened by a dentist probably this summer.

I think a lot of us try to do a bit of activity for ourselves, but we're too demoralized to actually really try to be fit and cook nutritious meals.

I looksmaxx sometimes. My hair looks much better when I take the time to wash and style it but I don't wash it every day. I feel better about myself when I've washed it, though. Also feel good when I've had my beard trimmed/styled.

I don't do any of this in the hope that it will improve my chances of getting girls, because I know it won't. I do it for myself.

I gymcel but not for foids. It makes LDARing easier.

just yesterday I tried reshaping my subhuman eyebrows but went too far and just made them overly thin and feminine. Still a huge improvement and I won't wait until they grow back completely to make the adjustments I need to.

I am in pretty good shape because I live an active lifestyle. I have very dry skin so I have to use cream on that to not look like a mummy. Get my hair cut every 3 months maybe and brush teeth after meals. Shave every couple of days

I do a fair bit. I use acne products and since I've become increasingly self conscious of my recessed jaw, I consciously move it forwards to reduce my overbite in order to look slightly better.
 
Gym: 1 to 3 times per week
Cycle ride: 5-30 miles per week.
Walking: lots (don't own a car)
Inactive days / rest days: 2 to 3 (the day after gym/heavy weights).
Haircut: once every 5 weeks.
Shower: 2x per week. 3x in summer (wash hair once-twice a week)
Change bed sheets: once a month
Hoover house/clean: 1x per week.
