Tattoos and thugmaxxing or even nichemaxxing in general is optimal for low-tier normies and incels (won't do shit for a truecel, obviously) because that niche appeal could perhaps be someone's specific type of fetish (it's unlikely, but not impossible) and they'd definitely draw attention away from your face, if that's something you're interested in kek. But they'd also draw more attention to the area being tatted so make sure you gymcel before you get them. In terms of advice with what to actually get, I'd try something that you definitely know you like and make sure you get your tattoo artist to show their sketches of the design as well as how they'd actually appear on your body accounting for it's shape and frame. Avoid face tattoos at all fucking costs and I'd recommend starting with simpler designs that your artist is less likely to fuck up and trigger your OCD.
