I haven’t had one this bad in an extremely long time. It’s so fucking embarrassing and hard to explain. Just makes me look like a dumb bratty little child. But it feels so damn good to yell and punch things, I want to break some things too.

I imagine I’m bashing in chad’s stupid genetically perfect face and turning it into a disgusting flat blend of bone fragments, brain mush, and blood. And the women even worse than that.

I sometimes have the urge to throw a temper tantrum like a child when I’m really upset, one time I had a genuine meltdown in my bedroom and it felt so good to kick and throw things everywhere
