Do you guys feel depressed and isolated in the middle of your work day?

I hate it when I have thoughts during the day about how much of a loser I am.

I feel much calmer and better overall during the night.

I feel depressed and isolated through all times of the day but I do like nighttime more. I feel like the rest of the world is shut off and I can stop being beamed with normie particles.

I don't work, but sitting at home all day like I do will only make it worse.
Also I feel the same way during the night
That's why I stay up all night most of the time.

don't have a job but i used to do that in high school since I felt alone and went on walks during lunch break to smoke a cigarette by myself.

I feel you bro. I need to stay up late just so that I have time to myself, away from the usual routine.
