Corona is a lung disease, severly attacking people with pre-existing illnesses. Landwhales already have -among countless other problems -serious issues with their lung capacity. Judging the dire state of the us health system addition to the fact that most landwhales are poor I expect many will not survive the upcoming months. But what are your thoughts?

Honestly, landwhales should just hit the gym, stop eating, have a healthy schedule, but now all the gyms are closed, the landwhales are going to die from the virus.

I saw this regular from the gym, the guy was a literal fat neckbeard, later he lost so many kg and became pretty healthy and thin.

We should have better health programs and eating regulations put in place all over the world, cut the junk and sugar. If you're a fatcel, buy vegetables and good quality meats, learn to cook and eat at most 1/2 your calorie requirement. You'll be losing 1/2 kg every week and you'll have a better immune system against the virus. I went from 90kg to 65kg, just put commitment to yourself and you'll live life a bit better.
