Serious question. I've been making plans for it in the past few months. As much as I'd like to believe there is an afterlife, I can't truly believe that with my heart and soul. This question is mainly aimed at religiouscels or those who believe in an afterlife/reincarnation; if you've considered suicide, how has that impacted your resolve on actually going through with it?

I figure that if I have no recollection of some higher plane of consciousness before I was born, why should I think that anything is in store for me after I die? The idea that everything ends with death is equally a comforting and terrifying thought. I'd like to hear feedback from users that have seriously considered suicide and/or have made plans for it. How has the idea of a potential afterlife impacted your thought process in this world?

I'm not religious but sometimes i seriously consider that some kind of reincarnation exists in the universe and we will spawn as some random critter in the middle of nowhere, in other words, consciousness never cease to exist

I’m 99% sure death is just like sleeping except it’s forever. But it’s scary to think that this wouldn’t be the case, but it’s a very low chance of it being anything else.

More than likely. I wouldnt mind an isekai as a Chad with my past memories before eternal sleep though :feelsEhh:

No epilogue for your Incel sexless existence. I always like to cope that there's at least something after but I can't truly believe that it's the case

No. After suicide you wake up in incelhalla and find yourself surrounded by a harem of horny stacys begging for your cock.

reincarnation exists
Even if reincarnation is true, death is still the end, as all memories and experiences are lost forever. Your reborn self will be an entirely different person.

There is probably something after death, at the very least a kind of astral realm, and maybe some kind of reincarnation, I'm kinda iffy on the idea of reincarnation, specifically how it works. I can't even imagine the nightmare scenario of coming back as a foid, it doesn't make sense, could you come back in less intelligent forms? Is it really you? It's all a mess when you take a step back to think about it, and I think you probably won't come back as a woman, if you could, you could also come back as a dog, how many super smart dogs with human consciousness and past life memories do you see wandering around? None, maybe foids can tap into the ether by psychic talent or luck, but that's it, I can't even register the idea of it being anything else.

:yes::yes::yes:
I've thought about this before. Even if reincarnation were true, if you were to inheret absolutely no memory of your past life, you may as well be absolutely dead. There's no difference really

The thing is you will continue to suffer unless you are born chad or chadlite

I think for most people
if you really think about it
you want it to be oblivion
just nothing at all

the alternative is far worse
eternity is a long time

I hate this shitty existence, but non existence is also fucking terrifying to me. That's the one reason I wont commit suicide

I find this worry so funny because wtf were you doing before you were born?

We get so caught up in thinking about what happens after, we don’t even question much of what happened before? So why worry when that’s likely what it will all revert to :)

They say heaven exist, but getting all your wants met sounds like an idealistic projection of your current human life. What if that’s just the peace you get from nothingness? That’s the actual heaven. Like the peace that monks reach with deep prolonged meditation

i hope theres no afterlife or reincarnation

i hope my consciousness ends for good the second my body does, JFL at going through another life on this shitty planet

When they said 40 virgins, you had better hope they mean female ones...

I sure hope so. I hate being a machine that feels pain and has needs that won't be met.

I would love to suffer less rn but I don't want to exist in any shape or form after I die.

I wouldn't want to rot in heaven/hell with society that has burdened me

What is there to end if it never began?

We are already in an eternity if reincarnation is the case. I do believe very much so that the soul never dies.
