I think it makes the most sense to conclude that Hitler did indeed kill himself in the end. Even if one disregards the eyewitness accounts and physical evidence, given Hitler's character and his constant criticism of the Kaiser for abandoning Germany at the end of World War I, it would make zero sense for him to flee Germany with suicide being his only real option.
I've noticed that many NS supporters today, especially Christian ones, deny Hitler's suicide and instead put forward conspiracy theories claiming that he died of natural causes in Argentina, and so on. Probably because they can't accept the moral implications of Hitler choosing suicide.
