Sometimes I see hallucinations lel, just 5 secs ago I saw my avi cat wink at me but it was at the corner for my eye and sometimes I see blue "sparkles" very shortly that I don't even know if that hallucination actually happened or not. What I truly think is that I might have HPPD lulz tbhthb ded srs, it's when you use psychedelics and after some time hallucinations can appear for few secs out of nowhere... I used LSD for like 1.5 months every week ded srs and I did trip on 300ug 4 weeks in a row tbhthb. Is it legit HPPD or brain tumour or I am just a retard? Fucking hell. I hallucinated a flash of blue light last week, it was so bright that it made me close my eye and twitch my head away like someone flashed a flashlight in my eye. I never used psychedelics and I was very sober at that time. Let's hope it's nothing serious tbh.

Only possible explanations besides being insane is that it's caused by a lack of sleep, stress and boredom at that moment. I noticed that I didn't address your issue, sry.

Ask yourself the following: How are your sleeping patterns? Do you see more of it when you sleep less? How often do you leave your house/room?
The cat wink would worry me more than the sparkles because that is a more intense hallucination then the sparkles. Hallucinations can be caused by sensory deprivation, spending a lot of your time in your room in a way deprivation when you spend a lot of time without any mental input your brain gets "bored" in a way and things like this happen. Humans are known to hallucinate in cases of cabin fever. If it's an actual issue for you consult a professional.
