if someone were successful with women but then due to baldness has become an incel, the best decision would be going for hair transplant as fast as possible
Contributes to being incel but it can't be the main cause of it. Like if baldness fucks you that hard it's not impossible to at least slow down the Norwooding JFL. This guy clearly has more problems than that though. 
Hair helps frame your face. It's crucial for looks unless you're an absolute Chad. To not be a permavirgin while being young and bald, you should be at least 7.5+ before being bald.
