If someone gets into an arranged marriage either due to the arrangement of their parents or someone else and is married to a woman who is not sexually or romantically attracted to them but for whatever reason she tolerates them and he has sex with her, does it count as ascension and do you still consider him an Incel, or is he a Fakecel because he had sex?

I can see how this could count as either or because it's basically Escortmaxxing with extra steps, especially in cultures where you need to pay a Dowry.
