China lacks parent guidence, and the simple basic teachings of not letting your child be out of sight and whatnot.
Lack of sidewalks also adds danger, but Japan has the exact same issue and doesn't has as many accidents.

That is a funny freak accident. The way the stroller just tips over and the kid is like “shit” before getting crushed by the truck.

It's sad to watch a young life get snuffed out by an accident like that. It's part of why you can't take life too seriously when it can end so quickly and gracelessly.
Shit like that happens all the time. It's just, that now thanks to the internet it becomes visible.

Charlie don't give a shit. The worst I've seen was something like this, a toddler got hit by a car, and all the other cars just drove around the kid's body, leaving it in the middle of the street.
