This is a video from the FBI few years ago about how to prevent vehicle ramming attacks, as a car rental worker, called: Partners in Prevention: Vehicle Rentals and Vehicle Ramming.
This video is ridiculous. A guy looking to rent a truck to run over people won't even give fake email/name/info/licenses, because these attacks are essentially suicides.
And he certainly won't ask about if there is a parade that is going today (because if you're planning an attack you've done the research or can use ChatGPT for that), nor will admit to "just need it for a few hours".
What this video is teaching instead, is spotting non-suicidal criminals, like drug lords, renting a truck.
