Hitler wasnt a chad in any way shape or form he was probably an ltn, however Horthy Miklos was a chad and the only reason why he got elected as head of state in hungary because thanks to his good looks and charisma he had gotten a private (paramilitary group) army

Unlike many users are claiming in this thread, Austrian Painter was considered attractive during his time, he had at the very least 6/7 sexual and romantic relationships before becoming relevant in German politics. Being attractive and Charismatic was a cheat code during his times, He was a solid HTN.

There's probably a minimum threshold. I doubt Goebbels would have been able to replace Hitler despite having equally good orator skills.
