It just pisses me off, because I'm autistic and I actually do look autistic, most strangers immediately can tell something is weird about me and treat me with either disgust and disrespect or flat out pity and give me soft voices like they would an 8 year old, seeing autistic people complaining about being told they don't look autistic to me feels like seeing a normie complain that they haven't had sex in a month, it just fills me with this despair and anger

people are disrespectful as hell

They can tell something Is wrong but won't admit It.

I'm autistic but basically look like a low low tier normie. So thankfully I don't get this at first impression.

I feel like the whole "you don't look autistic" thing was a fake saying created by "autistic" foids who appropriated autism. I have never had anyone say that to me at all or any of the other autists I knew.

neurotypicals just knew I have autism because it was dead obvious

If you're not sub5, being ND is a flex because people will give you special treatment and accommodations for you so they make sure to let everyone know they're autistic

being perceived as autistic is not a good thing.
