Serious Did I get hacked?

I just downloaded Session from Github and a weird thing that happened to me is that coincidentally Instagram randomly sent me a message on WhatsApp "tap to reset your password". How could I get hacked if I clicked the apk download from their original site? I still reset all my e mails just in case

This happens to me sometimes too on my Yahoo Mail, I'm unsure why. I think it's a pop up and unless you actually reset your password you won't be hacked.
