That sounds like science fiction - if you change your genes on a superficial level such that only the information in your spermcels is changed but you still look and think like the same person as before than the situation does not really change and it would still be cucked because you and your child dont share a common identity if it does have an effect on your own appearance than it is not really all that different from surgery maxxxing isnt it? Who is to say that it won't be possible with extremely advanced medical science combined with gene editing technology to reshape your body and genes as you see fit? Just plug in the new genes and have your body combined with whatever other mechanism there is (nanobots, artificial viruses, etc.)slowly replace all of your cells with the new genes.

Granted, there is so much that could go wrong with that, but if it ever does get perfected it could definitely be a thing. Another debate entirely would be whether the person that comes out at the end is "you", which comes back to the "Ship of Theseus" thought experiment, but in the end is it any different from how all of your cells get replaced every 7-10 years?
