They have suffered heavy military losses.
So much so, I've heard they had to recruit fat oldcels and even foids to fight the Ivans, and even then, they're still meat for the grinder.
If Ukraine won, they'll have to built their military back up to a strong fighting force.
Western countries like the US, UK, France and Germany could station some of their soldiers over there, dedicated to the defense of Ukraine.
But Ukraine will still lack manpower to pose as a formidable fighting force.
Oh, and a bunch of their vehicles and artillery have been damaged and destroyed during the conflict.
Western countries could donate theirs, but again, Ukraine will need to rely on other countries to build back their military.
The Russian-Ukrainian war is definitely going to create a male population crisis and a military recruitment crisis.
Ukraine will be the west's bitch, and rely on them for defense.
Ukraine will be a puppet-state for the US and EU.
Second:
Damaged and destroyed infrastructure.
Russia has been dropping big FUCK YOU! bombs on Ukrainian cities, making a real mess of them.
And this infrastructure will have to be rebuilt by either, the Ukrainians themselves, or construction organizations from other countries.
Likely the ladder than the former, considering that an absolute fuck load of Ukrainian men died fighting the Russians.
And third:
Most of the foids have fucked off to western europe and america to start new lives, away from the war.
And none of them will return.
So those Ukrainian soldiers who fought and survived the war will return with almost no chance of finding a wife or starting a family.
