Manga is better to be fair, but it’s also the kind that’s a huge hit or miss for people. If you don’t like the anime AT ALL, the manga probably won’t do it for you; but if you like it even somewhat you should read the manga.

After a big event with a certain character, you should just drop it there if you do read it, you’ll know when you see it and it’s shit afterwards; very obviously just baiting female fans to keep reading
