I think i heard that modern dubs by funimation are actively twisting the original scripts to make them more "modern"-friendly. Even the japanese are pissed off about their works relaying different messages than intended. Everything is poisened by the jews and the troons , the dumb goyim are lapping up the slop while my hobby is getting raped

1) 3/4 of the manga fan scanlators are women doing almost only yaoi and generic shoujo romance;
2) cringe youtubers who are repulsed by otaku subculture make money and shift perspective of what otaku subculture is (eg Gigguk and his band of faggot podcasters);
3) toxic and politically motivated official English VA pool to choose from;
4) the forced disappearance of proper fansubs, replaced by sloppy MTL or just repackaged official subs;
5) paywalled manga, donation whoring, MTL scans, scrapers and aggregators, internal drama that led to Bato.to closing down, JP publishers relishing in suing independent translators who don't even make money because they spit in the plate from which they have eaten for decades, because without those translators today otaku subculture would've never become mainstream and they would've never gotten all those kike money;
6) cringe and normie populated anime cons;
7) communities plagued and overrun by tourists and foids who do not respect the medium.
