Honestly, give me a 2D show that couldn't appeal to the male gaze.

Male gaze is flexible as hell, we will find a way to be attracted to your fictional females pretty reilably, so why spend effort avoiding it?

Nothing stopping foids from inventing their own perfect toon which avoids the ebil male gaze.
