Hypertension? That's mild. I have that and a weird irregular pulse and I don't really care. The years of drinking really fucked me up, but it also made me not give a shit. As long as my pancreas doesn't hurt any more, I'm fine. Boy, when I remember those days of constant vomiting and my pancreas hurting so much I started begging the god I don't believe in to kill me, it makes any little health problems seem insignificant.
