It is RPG Maker MV lol (it uses Java though but I suck at coding)
It can be compiled to some different platforms, not sure about browser, I'll check it out

It would be better if you can use the return/delete button to remove letters while editing your name instead of the escape one.
The trad wife and asian waifu are a bit too much foid worship for my taste but that's just personal.
It would be better if your charterer's body had the skin according to the face you picked.
Also change the faces maybe, for example the conspiracy theorist remove the MENSA avi, and use better HAMAS pics for the muslims.

It was over all funny and i liked the style ngl, also i can't launch the skills.

I don't know how to code so it would take a lot of time to change how the 'insert name' algorithm works.

Every single char took a few hours to make. It would take between 36 and 48 hours to make chars for all the other faces.

I think you can't launch the skills because the TP resets after each battle, something that I already changed. Its a bummer but I am going to become a wage slave soon and will probably not have time for this project (other project is taking priority)
