Those are not always okay levels. On average, young men in their 20s have 750 ng/dl. Some are okay with less, some need even more. And from what I've seen, many guys with sub 500 went on TRT and 15-20 years ago you'd get TRT asap if your levels were under 500. Nowadays they don't let you if it isn't under 250.

Tbh it is really cheap but I agree you shouldn't start until you can have enough money to take blood tests every few months, and those are expensive sometimes.

True. I've seen so many guys coming off anti depressants after starting TRT.

i did test it last year, cant remember exact values but it was absolute shit and confirmed my suspicion as i have all the symptom of low t
But it was still withing range so the doctor just stated its ok

Once you stop TRT, your natural production will come back but it will be maybe 15-20% less than it was.

Trt can change ur life really. Helps with mood, depression and confidence. I just have ordered some juice today, but I will inject to get my levels around 1500. It can even erase social anxiety and many issues at such high level.

I don't know what is the average tbh. And I think If I show this to a doctor he will say that I'm okay.

And it use to was 500 to 1500 ng/dl.

Trust me, ((they)) are reducing the range. Check out r/Testosterone and you'l see how many people have similiar stories like you.

Just because it is in the range, it doesn't mean it is good for you.
