I am 90% sure I have low testosterone.

I've been tested a few times and been gaslit by doctors saying everything is fine. In terms of pure level (ng/dl) I seem to be middle of the pack. I lift weights and do cardio regularly however I've always felt low T. I've been low energy my whole life and have brain fog. I've always been very skinny (framelet). Weightlifting can only do so much if you're appetite sucks and your frame is genetically small. I plateaud pretty quickly weightlifting and still cannot benchpress 225 (I'm 135 lbs). As far as I can ascertain, I lift to failure each set.. or at least what I perceive as failure. My squat numbers are pretty bad. I have social phobia and cry a lot (not sobbing, just tearing up for a few seconds). I am 28 and cannot grow any facial hair whatsoever. I frequently get confused for an old man on cameras.

This is an underestimated aspect of inceldom because when "ugliness" is discussed people picture ogres but especially as you get past the teenager years female desire for framelets declines unless you have a good face (I do not).

Depends on your weight and height. I'm 5ft8 135 lbs. I can do 155 for 11 reps on a good day with the last rep or two not being very clean
 
I have bmi under 18, weigh 63kg and i can bench maximum 55-60 kg
Im young and didnt train much and on the top of that im a framelet.
 
Maybe I have low T, bc I'm taking Minoxidil and antidepressants. Since I've been taking them it's much more difficult to fap, so maybe they lower my testosterone, but I'm not sure

Yeah being on T is like being hooked on expensive drugs the rest of your life... and it could backfire
 
i'm pretty sure my T is about as low as it can go, think i destroyed my t from endless drugs. i don't get tested through i don't trust any doctors

Maybe you are in fact working out too much. Whatever the reason may be, you must absolutely consume more animal fats, preferably raw.

I don't know, my beard growth started at 13 and have a deep voice, but I always struggle with higher bodyfat percentage and muscle gain

I'm 200 lbs and 5'10.5 - read somewhere cortisol can lower T and degenerate muscles

I'm on zoloft and yeah it lowers your libido especially if you take higher doses like me
