Recently I looked at some East Asian cooking (mainly Japanese) and I see a prevalence of soy or soy related products they use in cooking (even traditional). Beyond just genetics, could that be the cause of their generally lower T levels and more prevalent neoteny

perhaps but i think its mainly down to their genetics, some ppl can have elevated androgens and still look neotenic(dont even know if thts a word lol)

though im sure elevated androgen status for a long period of time could make east asians resemble more like mongolians

it still wouldnt make them look like how some caucasian ppl look tho, jus my theory

Also eating a diet based on rice and fish for thousands of years wouldn't help

Fish is probably fine, but rice and all the carb food as well like ramen which is very popular. Medieval European peasants, despite all the modern propaganda, probably ate more meat than modern east asians.

Yes, soy increases your T levels
