Most jobs that are out there are bullshitting and redundant. Nobody needs that many people to push paperwork and send emails to each other all day. If you work at an office and have a cubicle you probably have a make-work position that was created for the majority of people so that they can still contribute to the economy. If that's the case, which it probably is, then your social skills, appearance, / attractiveness, and general personality matter way more more than, any degree of competency. Especially now since women hold the majority of high status administration positions. If you're your sub 8 and and definitely if your a sub 5 then you are dead on arrival when it comes to working these types of jobs. Most of these gigs are all about gossip and which office toilet is fucking which Chad. And if you work in the ghetto with Blacks and Latinos then you are going to be bombarded with the most insane drama that you wouldn't believe. Also with those people you can politely ignore them like you can with white and asian people. They view you not saying hello, dapping them up and interacting with them in a dominant fashion tantamount to being a pussy. That is the greatest sin to any real nigga.
My advice to everyone here is to do online remote work or if not something extremely technical in the stem fields where being autistic is expected.

I know it applies to the medical world. I talked about working in a hospital and made plenty of threads about slut female workers. Honestly though a common occurrence that I always see is incel/beta tier male doctors. Very rare to see a Chad MD but the beta can still slay through betabuxxing and status maxing their positions. Ironically I've met a few Chad male nurses who actually tend to be pretty cool to work with cause they are actually competent unlike most female nurses.

I can kinda agree with you on the first half but your dead wrong on the second. These jobs are being taken over by AI however women are never gonna be on the chopping block because of how gynocentric society and how integral women are to the species in general. There's always gonna be some affirmative action carve out for women in this system. In fact they will probably hire more women and less men since ai can replace male technical work.

that's not true, idk if it's different in other places but in most of the western world it is definitely not hard to find a job, but the thing is that they all pay minimum wage, you need social skills to get promoted to get a higher wage
