I can't hold a job for more than six months at a time.
Every job is either a complete clownmaxxing customer facing role, or a job with either absent or micro-managers.

Combine that with autism, depression and social anxiety and you get a match made in hell. The worst part for me is that the effort is simply not worth it - you get paid pennies which can barely get you by, let alone buying a house or saving money for copes.

Every job I've been in requires 60 legal documents to basically lose your rights in an elaborate way. and this is just to get in.

Don't get me started on the interview process. 4-5 rounds of interview for an entry level job. each round repeats the same basic questions which the answers are already in the resume I submitted. I legit ask myself everytime if I'm starting to lose my mind over it.

I don't know how you guys do it, but i respect you for going through it.

Use it to collect NEETbux if that's an option.

I don't do it. I am too subhuman to work jobs.

its a good idea, however my parents are against it because they believe "it's for others in a much worse condition". I should try and do it myself maybe.

I feel you man, do you NEET now? How do you get by?

Typical story regarding to work for us, who have autism/aspergers. Society still expects us to perform like normies. In my country autism/aspergers alone is not enough for disability payments despite it's essential. Many of us can't get that job in the first place, because autism is an universal normie repellent. Employers, interviewers, women and other gatekeepers get the ick, they just can sense it and want to keep the sperg away. Sperg dies without ever losing his virginity, ever marrying and ever being able to afford preferred copes. If we make it, the job is usually modern equivalent of slavery with lowest legal pay, poor working conditions, physically demanding and fast paced.

I never could hold a job for long-term too; I just give up if it's too exhausting and the latest job at construction and demolition I had, I couldn't keep it due to not being able to sleep well and pulling all-nighters. I can't sleep well if I absolutely have to. I've been fired too because I didn't hide my frustration well enough with customers.

Men in autism spectrum are practically modern slave class, punching bags and lab rats (a lot of autists are destroyed with meds). Autistic men should withdraw from society.

Thanks for the detailed reply, I feel you completely seen here. Wish I had time for a more detailed reply but maybe ill write later in a DM if you want.

It's hard, I have been fired from multiple jobs too

The jobs you want are the ones where you dont need to work around people and it doesnt require charm, charisma, or social skills. Like security guard especially at night, a lot of night shift jobs, or IT where you make decent money doing a monkeyjob that not everyone has the aptitude to do but even if they did have the aptitude, wouldn't want to do

same here.
usually when I reach that 4 month mark they get 2-3 ppl to replace me and treat me badly to make me quit.
silent hiring and shit like that.

Sorry bro, this really sucks.
No worries. Parents support me.
Same brocel, sometimes it can feel trapped - but with the cost of rent, its not like we have to much of a choice.

In IT i liked the technical challenge but had bad managers. Also the pay was low.

You're right though, maybe working night shift security could be nice.

Corporate are so scummy man. If you aren't ideal they will find someone else.

At least we aren't alone with this

wdym by offer crypto exchanges

And OP, how do you even get a job in the first place? I can't even get interviews, not that I want to anyways. Dealing with the tradesman who has to fix my NEET apartment leak for an hour causes me tonnes of stress, I just can't deal with people.

The job market is fucked.

Can't even find the first one

Interviews are a pain in the ass. Imagine people asking you 4 times the information on your CV.

Getting interviews is difficult, but this was entry level jobs so there wasn't so much competition.

Involuntary NEET

Longest job I ever held down was a bread warehouse job which I lasted 7 months at although I was eventually bullied out of it.

can't hold a job award

Well good jobs are for good looking people only.

You are still clinging onto the "autism" cope? Holy bluepilled shit :feelskek: :feelskek: :feelskek:

Good jobs are for good looking people or in very rare cases for insanely high iq talented people. Everybody else is supposed to be a low tier trash job wageslave that slaves away their miserable existance in a factory or some other soul sucking shit place.

In other words, don't work and if you do be as passive aggressive as possible and really don't be productive at all. If you are forced to work because you are in the JEWSA, well then you are fucked as an unattractive male.

I will say it depends on the market, as in fields with high demand and low supply - you will have leverage power.

They will be much more tolerable to working with people who don't fit the optimal employee.

Holding a job? I wish I had this problem. I can't even get a job.

There's a tacit consensus in humans that us spergs must be outcasted and eradicated. They all pretend that the world is fair and everyone can live a good life if he tries hard enough, yet they hate us and reject use everywhere we go. In high school I thought that my biggest problem was not having friends and that it would have gotten fixed as an adult, instead as an adult it's even worse because other than friends I can't afford earning money, having sex, and anything that has to do with social integration. Love doesn't exist, it's all about what others can take from you, and nobody wants anything from a sperg. No friends no girlfriend no money no job no place to be, what a shit life, when you are autistic stupid and ugly you're humanity's #1 public enemy. And people trying to be nice add insult to the injury by invalidating your issues claiming that you have had the same opportunities as them.

In my country autism/aspergers alone is not enough for disability payments despite it's essential.
It's so obviously a disability to everyone but they won't do anything about it because they want us exterminated, not integrated or helped.

Autistic men should withdraw from society.
It's not like they have a choice when society actively works to push them out (either to suicide or to become deadbeat hikikomori's).
