Discussion Can you recommend me a fun , low spec game ?

I am playing with a low spec office pc that can barely run Leech of Legends at medium specs .

I dont like to play overly hard games
cause of low IQ .

I like games where you slowly collect or build something cause it pleases my autistic hoarding tendencies .
I also like RPGs , but cant run most of them with my specs .

any ideas ?

i used to collect everything in skyrim ,
tens of thousands of alchemy ingredients , all the books and notes in the game and so on
