No, because women are incapable of running anything. Its simply not biologically encoded in them to be able to lead, form teams, and engage in complex co-operation to achieve a task. These are all things that evolution selected in men, as a means of survival. Men had to be able to co-operate and form hunting parties, hunting large and dangerous game with the most basic of tools. Women spent almost all of their evolutionary history sitting together in a group, minding the tribes children and foraging for edible plants.
Its why whenever you have teams consisting exclusively of women, it quickly descends into squabbling, back biting, bitching, and the women fighting and attacking each other. There is that woman who started her own all female businesses, which tanked horribly. There are the TV programs like survivor or the bear grylls one, where the islands are split into men and women, and the women utterly fail at achieving anything other than getting lost, fighting amongst themselves, and dying of dehydration.
All of the major female CEOs have been unmitigated disasters for the companies that employed them - like Marissa Meyer, who managed to sink yahoo after years and years of pure incompetence and narcissism. Or Elizabeth Holmes and her theranos blood testing company - who simply lied to investors about the existence of her purported blood testing technology, and bullied her lead male engineer until he killed himself from the stress of trying to make her foolish concept work.
